    Fatty Foods:

There is no need to eliminate fat from your diet. Non-saturated fats (fats not from meat) have been proven to be healthy. Elimate processed sugar (glucose) the best you can from your diet, and drink lots water or all natural juice.

    Why Vegetarians?

The risk of death from heart attack for the average American man is 50%, while the risk for a total vegetarian man is only 5%. Fruits and vegetables also fight cancer.

    Exercise:

Some advertisements give promises of weight loss without exercise. They care more about money than your health. Everybody needs aerobic activity to be physically and mentally healthy, and sweating eliminates toxins.

    Weight Loss:

Does eating low fat foods help you lose weight?
NO. Don't let corporations frustrate you with promises of weight loss. Low fat usually means tons of sugar, which is the biggest cause of weight gain.

    Soy and tofu:

Soy blocks the growth of different types of cancer cells, helps to prevent heart disease, reduces cholesterol, and contains protein, calcium, and much more. It is considered a miracle food in some cultures.

The fattest country in the world?

Yes, Americans weigh more on than anybody in the world, and growing! Americans also eat more. Don't fall for weight loss gimics. Eat smaller portions, and eat healthy. In American restaurants, don't eat the whole meal! Pack to go.

    Vitamins:

Studies have shown Vitamin A and C can counteract the effects of saturated fat. Garlic and onions are known to be effective in reducing heart disease and cancer. Soy products and fiber are also anti-carcinogens!

    Carcinogen Industry:

    Not "everything causes cancer," avoid:

  • pesticides in produce/ meat
  • hormones in animal products
  • aluminum in deodorant
  • tobacco, cigarettes
  • Dairy products
  • Frying, Baking Starches

  • Corporate Meat:

Americans seriously need to reduce their meat intake. Protein is not required in the amounts it is consumed in America. Avoiding meat avoids cancer and heart disease. Help save the ENVIRONMENT, eat vegetables instead!

    What is organic?

Your food has pesticides, your meat is force fed cancerous hormones, and dangerous antibiotics. Organic food has higher standards, and may prevent cancer. Watch out that FDA doesn't lower standards for corporate interests.

    Fast food:

One of the biggest symbols of corporate America is the fast food industry. Our fast food industry spreads to other countries and is introducing heart disease to once healthy people, such as the Japanese, Indians, Chinese, etc. Don't subsidize the food AND medical industry by eating too much crap.

    Corporate Waste:

The meat industry consumes a thousand times its proportion of other resources. If Americans ate 10% less meat, the grain saved could feed 60 million people. It takes 25 gallons of water to produce a pound of wheat, but 2,500 gallons to produce a pound of meat.

"Not all fats are equal, he says. Two types of fat -- saturated fat, found in whole milk and fatty red meat; and trans fatty acids, found in many margarines and vegetable shortenings -- should be limited because they contribute to the artery-clogging process that leads to heart disease, stroke and other problems, he says. But monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats found in vegetable oils, nuts, other plant products and fish are good for your heart, Willett says."
